Adequate Stay Near the Airport

free shuttle convenient location uncomfortable room inadequate soap

The hotel's proximity to the airport was very helpful (since I had an early flight). The free shuttle service from the airport's floor 2 at Door D was convenient.

I found only a single bar of soap in the bathroom. The towels were not soft. There also was no comfortable seating area in the room.

faulty air conditioning sleepless night

the air conditioning system was NOT controllable. i switched it off using the remote, HOWEVER, it only closed the front flap. cold air still blew inside. condensation formed and it rained cold water when turned on again. i reported it, received an offered room change, yet the problem persisted, disrupting sleep.

The staff provided an extraordinary breakfast needing early airport access. a convenient airport transfer service operates frequently. friendly employees assisted us. This contributed to a smooth experience. the provided breakfast was extraordinary.

The air conditioning unit was very loud. plastic pillows were provided and these felt hard. the bed lacked a fitted sheet, and only a flat sheet covered it. It gathered during the night.

the breakfast had many choices that were acceptable.

I was disappointed! the room smelled like mold. the restaurant closed early at 10 pm. twice. And the free airport shuttle was in bad shape.

The hotel offers a free shuttle service every 20 minutes. It really simplified my travel. the front desk staff was helpful and available, even late at night. i enjoyed the hot shower. The water pressure was quite strong. my room had enough space for luggage storage, which i appreciated.

i noticed the bathroom could use some minor updates, but it didn't impact my overall experience much.

The breakfast options seemed great. They were plentiful. All staff were friendly. I also found that they could speak English.

I had no direction to find transport after landing. Nobody told me to alert the desk when waiting for transport back. I thought the van would pull in front. It drove away. I had no hot water in the shower. I told the desk about this. I wrote the hotel. I was told there would be no credit
